Tuesday evening we had the McDowell family over for a meal and fellowship. We had such a wonderful time getting to know this family and look forward to spending more time with them in the future.
I especially enjoyed cooking for a larger group of folks; since it is usually just Steve and I. We had salad, fresh bread, jumbo shells and baked spaghetti for dinner and key lime and blackberry pie for dessert.
We played Scrammble afterwards and then had time to sit and fellowship with one another as the children played downstairs.
The dogs did well too with so much activity about. All in all it was a fantastic evening.
